HIGH-QUALITY SPRAY PAINT FOR INDUSTRY AND PROFESSIONAL USERS

PRODUCT: QUICK-DRYING ACRYLIC AEROSOL NOMINAL CONTAINER: 520 ml.

1. PHYSICO-CHEMICAL CHARACTERISTICS

• Physical state: liquid pigmented with HYDROXYLATED acrylic resin.
• Chemical composition: acrylic aerosol, modified without lead, cadmium or chlorides.
• Solubility: insoluble in water.
• Drying time: Dust-free: 10 minutes (20ºC), touch-dry: 30 minutes, through-dry: 48 hours.
• Gases: ether derivatives (Aerosol)

2.  RESISTANCE

• No change in colour over time.

·Resistant to resin yellowing.

• Motor oils, detergents, petrol and petrol derivatives.

3.   FEATURES 

·High surface hardness.

·Highly resistant to scratches, impact, etc.

·Strong adhesion to substrate.

·Excellent covering power.

4. AREAS OF USE

• Widely used to remove scratches and defects from aluminium profiles and joinery.

·For reworking small and large production runs of industrial parts.

• For touching up uncovered areas in industrial paint lines, in both powder and liquid form.
• Very good colour adjustments in most cases.

5. SUBSTRATE, SUPPORT 

·On iron, aluminium, steel, glass and plastics.

• It is recommended to apply in thin coats, at least 2 or 3 coats, 40 microns.

6.  SUBSTRATE PREPARATION

• Remove any grease, oils, oxides or old paint residues. If necessary, first sand with P 360 waterproof sandpaper to prepare the surface for painting.
• Apply the spray from a distance of 15 cm.
• For bare metal, we recommend first applying our GREY ACRYLIC PRIMER`.

7. OPTIONAL PRECAUTIONARY ADVICE

• Always apply in well-ventilated areas.
• Vapours can be toxic, so it is advisable to take extraction measures or wear a mask.
• Avoid spraying anything likely to produce sparks. FLAMMABLE.

8.  STORAGE  

• In dry places. Protect from sunlight or any other source of heat.
